Summer 2022 Overview

Our Campus Kids program is back!

Tax Day savings through April 15, 2022. You will receive a $100.00 discount per registration to get your camper back on campus.

All campers registered in the month of March will receive a Mercer VIP Pack!

Our Campus Kids Program will offer two Sessions during Summer 2022:

Visit each Age Group tab on the website to learn more about Camp College’s Campus Kids Programs. Unless otherwise noted, all supplies are included.

Please frequently check Camp College’s website for additional updates and possible changes to camp. The pandemic continues to drive the college’s decisions, therefore should the Board of Health require Camps to operate remotely, Camp College is prepared to offer families alternative virtual programming. There will be no refunds.

Once camp begins, we are not able to transfer your camper into a different camp. Changes will only be approved if requested at least 30 days prior to the start of camp. A $25 processing fee will be applied for each schedule change request.

Campers will have a supervised lunch and organized outdoor activities from 11:30am-1:00pm. Campers must bring their own lunches; cafeteria service will be closed.


WHEN ARE CAMPUS KIDS PROGRAMS?

June 27th-August 19th, 2022

Session A: June 27th-July 22nd, 2022 (No camp Monday July 4th, 2022)

Session B: July 25th-August 19th, 2022

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

Drop off is between 8-8:25am. 1st period class will begin promptly at 8:30am


WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

All children ages 5-13 as of September 30, 2022, are eligible.


WHAT IS THE COST?

Session A: $1300.00

Session B: $1400.00

Sibling Discount:  10% discount for each additional camper registered after the first camper is paid at full price. 

Changes will only be approved if requested at least 30 days prior to the start of camp. A $25 processing fee will be applied for each schedule change request.

Payment is due in full at time of registration. Register early to avoid the $75 late fee!


WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

A $100 processing fee will be imposed for each session requesting withdrawal.

Refunds will be granted only when written notice of a camper's withdrawal is received no later than 30 days before the start of each camp session. NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER. Telephone withdrawals will not be accepted.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including closures related to weather, no refunds or make-ups will be issued. In the event of the Board of Health requiring camp to operate remotely, Camp College will provide alternative virtual programming. There will be no refunds.


WHEN DO I REGISTER?

Registration is now open!

Register early to avoid the disappointment of filled classes and late fees.

All registrations received 7 days or less prior to the start of a session will incur a $75.00 late fee.

 


HOW DO I REGISTER?

Register online, in-person, or by mail.

All camps have limited enrollment. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.


DOES CAMPUS KIDS OFFER AFTER CAMP?

After Camp is offered for an additional fee. Your camper will participate in supervised activities from 4pm-6:30pm. Please view the AFTER CAMP tab on the website for additional information and tuition costs. Be sure to add this option to your registration form or shopping cart if utilizing online registration

Any child still on campus after 6:30pm will remain in the camp office (SC141) to wait for a guardian and will be charged a $25 late fee every 15 minutes.

 


WHAT SHOULD MY CAMPER(S) BRING DAILY TO CAMP?


WILL FOOD SERVICE BE AVAILABLE?

We are requiring all campers to bring their own bagged lunch and disposable utensils each day to camp.


INCLEMENT WEATHER

Camp College will provide indoor shelter in the event of inclement weather.
